Just how do you fit a square peg in a round hole? Is it even possible? The astronauts did it and guess what so can you! Join us for an “out of the box” week of creative problem solving. Participants in Odyssey of the Mind Manatee Summer Camp will solve spontaneous problems each day. These brain testers are really brain builders! Some spontaneous problems build verbal skills, some build mechanical skills, and some build both. They will also participate in longer challenges which will help participants build research skills, technical skills, theatrical skills, and most importantly team interaction skills. On the last day of camp participants will be given a very “special” problem to solve (of course creatively) and will WOW parents and guests when they present their solution. After this week of fun brain stretching play participants can chart their own course for success.
Join us for a fun filled week of creativity lead by Ms. Julie Glass (former Odyssey of the Mind Coach) and Sarah Glass (Four time Global Odyssey of the Mind Finalist) with 9 combined years of creative problem solving experience.
