Fall Fundraiser and Silent Auction Update:

After securing some final proxy purchases, our Silent Auction results are in.  Thanks to the generous support from our wonderful SJGS community of parents, students and staff we were able to more than double our initial fundraising goal of $1500!  The results of your efforts will be applied directly to campus enrichment projects.

We were blessed from the beginning.  First, we had a terrific and dedicated committee of volunteers who began planning for our October event late last spring.  Please take a moment to thank the following parents when you see them next:

Sarah Crawford
Miranda Jackman
Suzanne Rust
Shiree Sauer
Betty Sorna
Becky Timmons

Our faculty and staff devoted many personal hours with terrific ideas and enthusiastic support, not to mention physical labor!  My special thanks to Tori Bossaller, Janice Stockton and Debbie Nievinski who were actively involved with the process from beginning to end. Last but certainly not least, thanks to all of you for your support and participation.  The children had a wonderful time, parents enjoyed all the performances and the community teamwork demonstrated at the end of the evening for cleanup was amazing!

It was a pleasure to work with you on this event.  Thank you again.

The SJGS PTO is very involved in all aspects of enrichment.  Whether building school community, or supporting school programs and projects; this team is the backbone of our enrichment success.

The countless volunteer hours, innovative ideas, and can-do attitudes is the key to this team.

Some volunteers are seen in the front lines, some are quietly in the background working just as hard.  Some volunteers give several hours a week, some a few here and there.  It's all the same.  It's parents and teachers giving the time they have to their child's school.  None is too much, none is too small.  The end result is student and campus enrichment, school community, and smiles on our students' faces.

Thank you to all of our SJGS volunteers.
