New Tutoring Center Opens in St. Johns County

St. Johns Grammar School, dedicated to the well-being of the whole child since 1992, announces the opening of The Tutoring Center at SJGS.  Located 8 miles south of the Julington Creek Bridge, the 11 acre wooded campus provides a family friendly environment that is safe and comfortable.

The Tutoring Center professionals realize the importance of early intervention as it prevents a cumulative build up of academic problems. For the student, early intervention eliminates unnecessary frustration and failing grades which can lead to a poor self-concept and behavior problems.  Recognizing that a successful school year sometimes includes tutoring, The Tutoring Center is prepared to provide effective, results oriented professional assistance that is affordable and ensures academic success. 

The Tutoring Center is the second academic program St. Johns Grammar School has made available to our community.  Last year, SJGS successfully opened their classrooms to the home-school community, thus allowing home-schooled students to participate in core and resource classes, as well as after school enrichment programs.
